Unlike software programs that are installed on a single device, TAS uses an online, cloud-based platform that’s accessible from anywhere where you have the Internet. Unlike other accounting platforms, ours is simple and easy to use by anyone on your team—you do not need a trained bookkeeper or accountant to use it.
Can I access the TAS platform from my smartphone or tablet?
Our secure platform can be accessed on any device that has internet connection. That includes a desktop computer, tablet and smartphone.
Is my data protected and secure on the platform?
TAS follows industry standards and recommendations for data security, privacy and protection. All data on the TAS platform is encrypted and authenticated, with firewalls in place to keep data secure.
Do you offer training on how to use the TAS platform?
Yes, we offer an initial training session during setup and implementation. Training refreshers are always available when needed or as you add new staff to your team who need to use the platform.

When is my TAS bookkeeper/accountant available? What are your hours?
Your TAS personal accountant is available during normal business hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Live support is available within the platform or via email or phone.
Does TAS manage all of my monthly reconciliation tasks?
Your personal TAS accountant will work with you to reconcile all transactions when questions or discrepancies arise. Our managed accounting services include closing the books for you each month.
How is pricing determined?
TAS is priced to match your unique needs. We take into account your company size, number of transactions, chart of accounts, and specific industry requirements. You’ll pay for the services you need through a monthly, recurring fee. Schedule a demo today to talk about more specific pricing.
Does TAS provide tax, auditing and advisory services?
We offer á-la-carte advisory services to help with all of your audit and tax needs. Customers signed on to our platform and managed services receive a discounted, exclusive rate for advisory services.
Can I invoice my client and make payments through the platform?
Our platform will enable you to create and send out invoices to your customers. Additionally, you can pay bills online using the TAS solution.
I’d like to see a demo, but how long does it take?
A demo takes just 30 minutes—but can be longer if needed to answer any questions you may have. We’ll use that time to actually show you the platform on a computer screen and walk through each of the different functions and areas within the portal. We’ll also take some time to learn a little bit about your business and talk through pricing options.
